Ok here is an old WTF question. Why do we park on a driveway and drive on a parkway?
Pre’ Phone Rocks
Well here we are again. I finally splurged and upgraded my phone. I went with the new Pre’ from sprint. Love the phone so far. Have to get it used to it but so far love how it works. Downside is that I had to upgrade t data package for everything to work. But hey so far it’s worth it.
Love the compact size and the keyboard is not too bad. I had the rumor first time around but I wanted something with more computer power… I did have some problems setting it up for contacts. I wanted to use yahoo for most of my contacts were from there but contacts don’t play well with yahoo. After the sprint store set up my phone with contacts I then went and set up Google. I couldn’t get it to share. So after getting some uumm programs I uumm hack it and still couldn’t get it to sync correctly. I dumped my contacts and had to go back to sprint to have them reinstall it.
What you want to do is make sure you set up your Google Gmail account first. Then set Google Gmail for default contacts then everything will sync correctly. Other than that little contacts mishap I had no problems yet. Or major problems. Now and then when you hook up to the power block it keeps beeping that it’s done charging. Just make sure it’s on the base even and solid and it works fine.
I won’t go into details of how to hack the phone but since the phone uses a basic Linux os, all you have to do is root your phone and if you know programming the sky’s the limit. Check out sites for WebOs and they will take you thru it better than I can. With the ease of use and with more apps coming out the Pre’ will start to chip away at the iphone. Never had the iphone but always thought it was more of hype then its worth. Since I got my phone for under $200 I get it at a great price. Phone is small and compact, bought a holder from a website for $1.50 and it’s the best holder I ever had. Clips to belt rotate and unholster phone with one hand to answer with no problems.
Screen on the phone is very nice, have a pick of Megan Fox on front screen and wow just want to cum for here hehehe. Phone calls are nice and clear. Phone ringer’s defaults are low but I have put an mp3 song as a ringer and it nice and loud for my place of work to hear. I still can’t get the on screen keyboard to work. That would be great to be able to type on screen without having to open the keyboard up. Have some cool games like rabbit hunt. Nice and fun game. Vids are nice and clear.
So I rate the Pre’ phone 8.5 out of 10 only because its first productions and a lot more tweaks still need to be done. More apps need to be released. But other than that as a phone it’s great.
Bangles won again WTF
WTF did you see the Bangles game today. They won. Surprise surprise. Not much of a football nut but I am surprise they pulled it off again. Lets see what happens next week and see if they can keep it up

Gee pay I was a C student in H.S… All well never look a gift horse in the mouth. I have also upgraded to a new Palm Pre’. Really like this phone. I usually never go out and buy the first generations of gadgets just so all the kinks get worked out first but I went ahead and jumped into this. So far I really like it. Never had a real smart phone so this is a blast so far. Even hacked it a little. Will be chatting about in the next couple of posts. Well for now see ya. YAHOHO HERE WE GO
Well here we are again its that time of season. You know the one I’m talking about? Yea that one. Any way I have finished my first quarter of college and it went by fast. Faster then I thought I would. I hade some easy classes to start off. The only class that was somewhat of a challenge was intro to math. Since I am not too fond of math I don’t really like to do it. But as you get older you realize that math is one of the universal languages and to know some of it would just help you out. There are times which I wish I had the liking and the skill to get into the hard core stuff. Some of it looks really neat and the stuff you can do is amazing. Most of it won’t be too hard as long as you know the right formulas to use. That is the tricky part.
I have looked up some photo clubs and am thinking of going to some of the meetings and seminars. I just started to get back in to photography. I kind of miss it. I need to find some models to work with on the portrait projects I like to do. If anybody interested or want to chat, field trips whatever contact me. I have been looking into a new lens for my camera. I have a canon digital rebel d300 one of the first digital out. Love the camera need better lenses. I have been told that you can have an ok camera and get pro pictures with good quality lens and still be better off then spend 10 times as much on a high end camera with cheap lenses. I was looking at Tamara 18-250 di. Sweet. But since its brand new with the latest tech that puppy runs 1300. Ouch. That’s more than my camera and both lenses! Ill wait for it to come down. But with that lens it will cover both of mine and add top features that I don’t have.
I am finally wasting some vacation time. I am off school for two weeks and am trying to plan some time off. I have been looking into hawking hills, Blue Ridge Mountains, hawk nest. Also been looking at Cancun, Florida, los vagas. I might just wait for any long travels for I don’t have enough money for the all out week. Soon very soon I’ll have some and get to vast Europe, Russia, Egypt and the like. I want to do some traveling for once. I think some time next year after I get some things taken care of I want get a touring bike and do some traveling. That would be great. I would like to finish school and then go back for bachelor degree and hopefully get a job that I can travel or at least make enough to travel with. update time!
Well I am sitting here thinking of what to do to waste some time and I downed on me that I could be writing somethning. I keep saying to my self that I need to update the blolg. That I would like to write some notes down to get the book idea on paper. I have been looking into places to go vist, getting a new bike. But it always boils down to doing nothing. Boy am I getting lazy. I keep telling my selg get up and do something but I just have no motivation. I keep wanting fto find a nice girl to spend time with but again I am never at the right place tio meet any. The ones I do meet are married or just net even close to my liking. I do now admitt that I have a somewhat of a high standards but even after I thought I lower them I still have not found anybody. Then comes the times when I do think I might find somebody and that happens when I don’t have a cent to my name. How would I do anything if I am broke and have to wait until payday?
I cant’ wait. A couple of more months and I should be out of debt and finnaly have some extra cash to save. I drain my savings paying of bills and am now just trying not to spend stupid stuff. But that ttends to be hard for buying stupid stuff runs in the family. Must be the genes. I want to do some traveling but since I am going back to school I don’t have the time and also not the money for it now. Spent it paying bills on stupid stuff. I am looking to buy another bike (again stupid stuff not really needed) then I figured I can cruise around the state for my vaca and just take photos and work on my photo skills. On top of that I need to jot down my ideas for my book. I keep thinking and coming up with plots and ideas but just can’t get them out of my head to the paper. Writing a book is just as hard as drawing if you don’t have the skill and talents for it. I would love to draw if I just can get past the stick fiqures I bee fine. Since I am more of a visual person I thought of taking my book and making it a comic or graphic novel but again I can’t draw. Hhhmmm
Well it’s about time to go. I have a friend’s laptop he wants to see if I can repair. Well see. I have been looking for a writing club or photo club just so I can get out of the house so if there are any cool ones arounf cinci let me know. Time to go, catch ya later.

rc heli not for me
well after two flights i decided that this new hobby will be a very expensive hobby so i decided to stop now and continue with one of my old hobbies that i can get more bang for the buck. trains. so i put up for sale my new heli and also a second EXI heli that is still in the box up for sale. i also am putting up my monster t-maxx up for sale. i want to just get some new stufff and start over and rebuild a new truck. that’s the fun part for me. next monday is my first day back to school. can’t wait to start. also can’t wait to see my counselor. she is sssooo hot. i need to see if she has a boy friend and if not maybe ask her out. hehehe.
Heli update
well i got my E-flite Blade 400 heli Friday. Sweet. i got it from a local hobbie store. i was going to take a bunch of pics and show it off but i was to excited to play with it. in fact ijumped the gun. charged the battries and went ouy to play. well this is the first time i flew a heli and i still thing it was driftinhg to much and not set right. i just had the urge and went for the gusto. went to hover and it kept drifting back and so i just said WTF. and gunnned it. got it to about 8-10 feet in the aur for about 60 seconds loast control and……………………BAM.. i crashed. have some pics of my now new crashed broken heli. i have already ordered the replacement parts and should be getting them within a couple of days. i also ordered the EXI heli for $35.00 whoich is cheap for a knock off 450 heli. ok when i get the parts in i will take pics and post how i rebuild the heli. until then have fun!
